No. 4 UCLA defeated Ohio State 82–75 on Sunday to extend its winning streak to six games. Lauren Betts led the Bruins with 18 points, 16 rebounds and four assists, while Kiki Rice and Angela Dugalic added key scoring. Jaloni Cambridge paced Ohio State with 28 points, and Elsa Lemmilä added 13. UCLA controlled the paint, dominated the boards, and held off a late Buckeyes rally to secure the win.
The 4th-ranked UCLA Bruins defeated Ohio State 82–75 on Sunday at Value City Arena. The game extended the Bruins' winning streak to six games and ended the buckeyes 9 9-game winning streak.

The Bruins' scoring was led by Lauren Betts with 18 points, 16 rebounds, and four assists, continuing her dominant form inside the paint. Kiki Rice added 16 points, while Angela Dugalic chipped in 15 as UCLA improved to 12–1 on the season and 2–0 in Big Ten play.

Ohio State’s Jaloni Cambridge led all scorers with 28 points, while center Elsa Lemmilä had a strong outing with 13 points and seven rebounds. The sophomore showed confidence against Betts, going 5-for-5 inside the arc and knocking down a three to break the Buckeyes’ early shooting slump. It was Lemmila’s best performance in conference play and a major boost after dealing with injuries earlier in the season.

UCLA controlled the game in the paint, outscoring Ohio State 50–32 inside and winning the rebounding battle 47–33. The team made their second chances count by holding a 35–10 advantage in those points.

During the fourth quarter of the game, Ohio State made a comeback by cutting the deficit to six; however, UCLA held firm and sealed the victory.

The Buckeyes finished the game by converting 7 out of 30 three-point attempts.

UCLA will look to continue its strong form in its next outing against Penn State on Wednesday, the same day Ohio State will look for a win against Purdue.
