UConn holds a 6–2 edge, last meeting Vanderbilt in 2019.
Both the UConn and Vanderbilt women’s basketball team has announced on Wednesday that they’ll be hosting a home-and-home women’s basketball series in the future seasons.
The first match of the series is set to be played in storrs where the Huskies will take down the Commodores during the 2027-2028 season. The Huskies will then visit Nashville to play the Commodores in the 2028-2029 season.

UConn is 6-2 all-time against Vanderbilt, and the last time the Huskies played the Commodores was on November 13, 2019, when Stephanie white was Vanderbilt's head coach.
The Commodores are led by their sophomore guard Mikayla Blake’s had a wonderful season so far with 19 consecutive wins. Meanwhile, the defending national champions are looking to take home another title with Azzi Fudd and Sarah Strong leading the Huskies.
